The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Rodeo is one of the few community events that bring together residents, business owners, city and county officials, and law enforcement for one purpose – strengthening community ties and creating just plain fun! As in the past, we expect this year’s event will attract upwards of 20,000 people as it is one of the biggest PRCA-sanctioned rodeos in California featuring top professional cowboys and cowgirls who are National Finals Rodeo qualifiers.
Our mission is to provide a premiere benefit rodeo that will support our commitment to public safety and children through the efforts of the Sheriffʼs Equine Organizations. Through our concerted efforts, we will provide a memorable experience for the community and its participants.
The event will help bring about a better understanding of the relationship between Law Enforcement and the public. Proceeds benefit the Sheriff’s Posse, a volunteer public service organization, the Boy and Girl Scouts of America, and the California Inland Empire Council. The Rodeo is endorsed and sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA).
